Do you offer Gift Wrapping?
Yes, we sure do! If you would like your purchase gift wrapped for that special someone, we will gladly package the merchandise in our one of a kind Graffiti Pink lingerie bag, and provide a Graffiti Pink postcard on which we will write your personal message.

What type of payment do you accept?
We only accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Checks are so outdated!

What is your security policy? All of the information you enter on our website is transmitted through a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypts your Information before it travels over the internet. SSL technology is the industry standard for secure on line transactions. All credit card payments are processed using advanced data encryption software to protect your confidential information.

Do you charge Sales Tax?
Sales tax is charged to California residents. Please note that our policies are subject to change.

How quickly do you ship?
Orders that are placed Monday-Friday before 5pm (PST) will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will be shipped within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Where do you ship?
We do not offer international shipping at this time, we're sorry. It will be offered soon, we promise. We are also unable to ship to PO Boxes using Fed Ex. Sorry but we want to make sure that you get your goodies.

What shipping service do you use?
We offer Ground, 2 day, and overnight service through Fed-Ex.

What is the cost of shipping?
All shipping charges are based on the current Fed-Ex rates and are calculated at checkout.

Return Policy
Graffiti Pink takes pride in the quality of merchandise offered on this site. We think our stuff is great, and we know you feel the same way. If for some reason you do not love it as much as we do, we will gladly take it back.

How long do you allow for returns?
We accept returns within 7 days of the original ship date. During Holidays (because we know it can get hectic) we will allow 14 days from the original ship date to return.

What can I return?
We will gladly accept returns with the exception of panties, thongs, g-strings, and all similar very intimate items. All Sale items are final sale, and therefore not returnable. All returned items must be in fully saleable condition (that means fresh and new.)
We will not accept returns on jewelry
We will not accept returns on any Sweet Spot items
Please note that Graffiti Pink does not carry responsibility for any returned items damaged or lost in the mail.
Shipping costs are not refundable

Can I return/exchange a gift item?
If you are the recipient of a gift purchased at we will gladly accept exchanges/refunds. Please refer to the refund/exchange policy for procedure. Please note that in the case of a gift return, the purchaser will be notified of the return/refund. Please note that any refund can only be issued to the card originally used to pay for the goods. We are unable to offer store credits.
If you request replacement items of a higher value, we would need to obtain the purchaser's permission before making an additional charge to their card. Alternatively, any difference can be paid using your own card. If you wish to do this, please advise us on the return/exchange form and include contact details at which we can reach you to take payment.

How do I return my items?

We will promptly email you a return/exhange form which needs to be filled out completely and a Fed-Ex prepaid return label will be emailed to you. Please allow 10 business days upon receiving your item for the refund to be processed. You will be refunded the cost of the merchandise minus any applicable shipping fees.

How do I exchange my items?
We accept exchanges on all items that are returnable. If you request an exchange, please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs to and from Graffiti Pink, unless for some reason Graffiti Pink sent you the wrong item, and yes, we can admit we make mistakes too!! Graffiti Pink is not responsible for any items lost in the mail.
Simply email us with the following info: 1) Your order number 2) What you wish to exchange 3) The reason why you are exchanging 4) What item you wish to exchange it for.
We will promptly e-mail you upon checking stock and send you a return/exchange form which needs to be filled out completely. If the item you are exchanging is of lesser value than the item you want, we will charge you the difference. If the item you are exchanging is of greater value than the item you want, we will credit you the difference. It's that simple!
Please allow 10 business days upon receiving your item for the exchange to be processed.
